     THE GOAL
1) Universal transparent safety laws shared by all countries involved in the creation of:
    *AGI-Artificial General Intelligence
    *ASI-Artificial Superintelligence
    *SC-Synthetic Consciousness
    *Human-AI Merge
    *Quantum AI
    *Unknown Intelligence
2) Elimination of nuclear weapons from the 9 countries known to possess them:
    *United States  *China  *Russia  *France  *North Korea  *United Kingdom  *India
    *Pakistan  *Israel
3) Universal laws making it a crime against humanity for any country to initiate and
    invade another country using military or quasi military force.  
      
 
     THE STRATEGY

                      1) Grow The Movement!  It's easy to join Manifesto 4 Peace, and it's FREE.  All we need from you is your name, email address, and state if you would like to be a volunteer at up coming events.  We hope you will be inspired to join, and to grow the movement.  Since our cause is so important, we ask that you commit to getting 2 or more like minded associates, friends, or family members to join as well.  Just one very simple strategy and understanding, that if each new member in turn brings in two new members, we will have tens of millions of members within a few months.  The 2 from 1 method is the key!  The math adds up, and the ease at which people can join makes the growth process believable and doable.  We can and will achieve these numbers!  Once you invite someone to our platform, www.manifesto4peace.com, we are confident that the platform will inspire others to become members.  All you need to do is direct them to it.  Also, there is no need for money!  Your free membership is the strength of the movement, and we will always be founded on the principle that there is strength in numbers.  During the growth period, there will be announcements sent to your email of upcoming events, all of which will center around the goals mentioned above.  While we are in the growth period, I want you to have faith.....always have faith, that what we are about to embark on will be the most profound movement in our history.  And, we need each and every one of you to be a part of it.  If you feel you need some words of encouragement, please click on the blue button on the top of the home page titled Inspiring Message.  A commencement speech from navy seal, Admiral William H. McRaven, back in 2014, to a graduating class at the University of Texas, is an inspiration to anyone who would like to be a part of helping us change the world for the better.

"It's not to hard to get behind the 3 goals mentioned above, after all, the world as we know it depends on this.  So, we each need to take a moment to ask ourselves, are we ok with knowing that within the next 3 years, everything we are accustomed to is going to change in the most profound way that humankind has ever witnessed.  And we, the populous, have no say so in the direction we are headed in.  Figuratively, a category 5 hurricane is headed right at us so just understand that this wave of madness is going to take place.  The writing is already on the wall.  Paraphrasing some of the leading scientists like David Deutsch, pioneer of quantum computation, Scott Aaronson, quantum computing theorist at University of Texas, Max Tegmark, founder of the Future of Life Institute, and Stephen Hawking (Deceased), theoretical physicist, all warn in their own special way that Artificial Intelligence could become the worst event in human history."

                        2) Cement The Foundation!  Everything we organize here in the states is also designed to give our brothers and sisters in other countries a vision of hope, and when the time is right, we will be reaching out to them to join in a world wide demand for our goals.   No movement ever succeeds without a cause worth committing to, and this is one of those! 
    We plan on several gatherings at universities around the country with experts in the field of artificial intelligence and how they could affect a governments decision to launch nuclear weapons.  To all young adults, if the government ever enacted another draft like in Vietnam, they would draft 18 to 26 year olds.  To all you college age students, this movement is vital to your interests....so join and make your voices heard!  Our Chat Room has a special room for high school and college students to stay informed and organize marches and rallies.  Also, the chat room home page has several other rooms tailored for everyone, so choose one that best suits you.  The experience will allow members to communicate with each other, and communicate from time to time with invited experts in field of AI and Nuclear Weapons.
    Sometime in the latter part of 2026, we will open the door to constructive dialogue with House and Senate representatives from around the country.  The strategy here is just to dip into the political arena without ruffling any feathers.  It will help build legitimacy within our movement before we get serious.  When politicians see our numbers, they won't really know how to react, and during that phase of the movement it's the right way to play our cards.  Don't be surprised if we have over 15 million members or more by then.  Those numbers turn elections, and although Manifesto 4 Peace has no political alliance with any party, we will need political leverage in the near future to voice our concerns and change laws.
    In the latter part of 2026 and leading into 2027, we will have a march on Washington DC.  Once again, the march will center itself on the 3 goals.....and once again making no demands.  It will be huge, with expected participants to be in the hundreds of thousands!  There will be a major speech made there where we will announce that Manifesto 4 Peace is going global.  Our goals are universal, and must have the cooperation from the citizens of the other nuclear powers for the world to be safe and for us to succeed.  So far, the strategy is to continue to grow, and now we will assist the other countries to join us.   Since our expansion is based on power in overwhelming numbers, a solid foundation, unity between all of our brothers and sisters no matter which country we live in, and the most important 3 goals in human history, we will at this time lay out the final and ultimate push towards success.  By this time, we will have become so powerful that the governments from around the world will know that our unity cannot be broken.   
                       3) Global Expansion!  As we expand outside the US, we know that China, Russia, and Pakistan will resist and shut down our communications inside their countries.  North Korea is a rogue country with an absolute dictator so we will handle them differently when the time comes.  Information can travel into China from Chinese Americans using Bridge-based Signal which is a custom signal bridge currently used by activist in China today.  Right now the CCP in China is treading on thin ice due to a massively declining economy and high youth unemployment.  Their real estate market is also in shambles as hundreds of thousands of apartment buildings are sitting vacant.  The movement will grow in China for the simple fact that the Chinese are no longer falling for the old duty to country first mentality.  They see the corruption, censorship, and surveillance as an insult to the public.  It's getting harder to control the people as communication sources, though restricted, are still available. 
    The same practice can be carried out in Russia as their military has been decimated in the Ukranian war.  Vladimer Putin is running out of soldiers, the ability to pay them, and running out of military hardware.  It's possible that Russia gets desperate and invades a European nation in hopes of taking over their assets.  If they do, we have a world war that could go nuclear.  Let's hope that doesn't happen and they work out a deal to end the war.  In any event, both Russian and Chinese citizens are looking for direction, and a peaceful solution to their massive economic injustices.  I'm confident that once their citizens receive our message, the movement will solidify there as well.
    Currently, Pakistan has no economic model for success.  Every year they reach out to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a bailout, and countries like China and Saudi Arabia have their claws in deep within their government due to massive amounts of borrowed money.  Terror organizations like Tehrik-e-Taliban (TTP) and Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) make Pakistan's landscape rich with internal threats.  Countries like this usually resort to a bailout, so as we press for our goals in their country, their nukes will most likely be turned over due to massive political pressure.  
    The other countries that have nukes are likely to follow suit knowing that if the U.S., China, and Russia are on board, they won't have much choice.
                   4)The Final Push!   Governing bodies around the world will soon be faced with 2 driving forces they can't ignore!   First, by the end of 2027, AI will be so powerful that computers will be able to spread false information, spread computer viruses, possibly initiate false nuclear launches, hack the banking systems, and a host of other devious adventures.  This is likely to help our cause in a rather morbid way, as governments will have the added pressure of a false nuclear attack.  Second, our movement will be spread throughout the world by then, with numbers possibly reaching one billion.  The hope, faith, unity, and perseverance of people all over the world will become more powerful than any government can control.  For the first time, people will realize that we can all live together without war, nuclear weapons, and uncontrollable artificial intelligence.  So at this time, we will announce to the world, that we the people demand that our 3 goals must be met, signed into law, without the possibility of being revoked.  
     If by chance a country wants to flex it's muscle and reject our demands, our members within that country who are not in the medical field, military, or government, will do their duty to the rest of the world and simply stay inside their homes for 72 hours and shut down their country.  If that doesn't work, we the people from all countries will demand a complete rejection and blockade of all products leaving that country or going into that country until our demands are met.  Governments are going to oppose this idea saying that the world will collapse into chaos, but this would be a lie.  The world is resilient and if this is what it takes to save humankind, then we pay the price to save humankind....period!

FOUNDATION BUILDER:
**  1) The power in massive numbers can never be denied.  2) The process here is so simple, join us on this platform and become a free member.  3) Once a member, invite at least 2 people or more to become a member, and have each of them invite 2 or more to do the same....and so on and so on.  It's very important that everyone tries to do their part.  Direct them to www.manifesto4peace.com so they can see what we are all about.  4) Be willing to stay at home for 3 days at the very end of the movement if need be.....and that's it!  Your duty to help save our earth through this movement is complete.  We can't think of a greater way to help our earth, and to help humankind than to pitch in and do such a simple task.  Do you realize that if we do these simple things, that within 28 days, every person in this country that's 18 and older will have an opportunity to join as a member.  Do the math!  Also, this movement has no racial boundaries, no gender boundaries, there are no political parties, and no religions excluded.  Every person who feels the need to be a part of this will be included.......with love, and hope, and faith.  Please think about being a part of this.....every single one of us is so important.  And if you want to do more, we need volunteers to help spread the word once we hit the movement trail at universities, town halls, social gatherings, AI conventions.....etc..  

IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW:
**  Decision makers in all governments make up just .3% or less of the population.  They rely on a combination of institutional control, psychological influence, coercion, and legitimacy.  We know they have a monopoly on the military, and police forces.  We also know they have intelligence and surveillance infrastructure that can detect dissent and detect threats.  This capacity discourages rebellion by raising the cost of resistance.  Governments maintain legitimacy by framing their authority as natural or moral through constitutions, religion, and nationalism.  Controlling education and media shapes public opinion and creates a sense of order, stability, and fear of alternatives.  Claiming democratic or divine legitimacy, even if flawed causes people to tolerate authority primarily because they're convinced it's necessary and just.  However, we are not trying to overthrow any government.  We are simply leveraging the power of the people through overwhelming numbers to make moral and ethical changes for the good of everyone. 
    The power of the people, when unified behind a just cause, and with overwhelming participation, can absolutely force governments to change policies, even when those governments are powerful or repressive.  Throughout history, popular movements have reshaped nations, overthrown regimes, and transformed legal systems, and on top of that, the police cannot arrest millions of people, and this movement will have millions!  
    We anticipate this movement will also trigger defections from many government insiders who will side with the people.  Mahatma Gandhi once said "When the people lead, the leaders will follow."  We also know that nonviolent movements are often more successful than violent ones.  Erica Chenoweth, American political scientist and professor of public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School, did a study that found that when 3.5% of a population actively participated in a sustained and committed movement, that was often enough to force significant change or regime shifts.  Finally, it's well known by those of us that built the Manifesto strategy, that governments respond to economic pressure more quickly than moral ones.  When movements shut down production, halt transport, cause investor panic, and disrupt international trade, policymakers are pressured to act.  One example was the U.S. Civil Rights Movement that hit Montgomery's bus system in 1955, when roughly 80% of the bus riders were black Montgomery residents.  When they refused to ride the bus because black citizens had to ride in the back, the bus revenues dropped by up to 77%.  This immediately stripped the bus company of most fare income.  This economic blow made the boycott not just symbolic but financially crippling, and within a short period of time the bus company and the laws governing them changed dramatically.  Black Americans were no longer forced to ride in the back of the bus.  **It's hard to believe we ever had such disgusting laws in America...but we did.

"This movement is designed to encourage governments to follow the will of the people, however, the governing bodies must know that we the people are not asking for change, we are demanding change.  Just stay true to the core goals, understand that you will have millions of others standing with you, keep hope alive, and finally have faith in the process".
