Over 102,000 nurses have served in the military since WWI of which 305 lost their lives during these conflicts.  Their dedication to saving lives is often overshadowed and forgotten by civilians back at home.  However, our soldiers always have a deep love and respect for these men and women who put themselves in harms way to save all the wounded no matter which side they are on.
